Assume you were required to represent the individual, access the strengths and weaknesses of the arguments you would or could make. Could (or did) your client “beat the wrap” by pleading insanity, slanting their testimony at your urging (and how would they do that) or exploiting legal loopholes such as the exclusionary rule. How realistic do you think such arguments would be?
