Word count requirement: 2000 words (+/- 10%).

Research through case studies in textbooks; or articles in newspaper/journals; or reports and

article on the internet. The research must be based on a real life knowledge management or

innovation project undertaken by any company in any industry. The article or report must

highlight some problems on the project. In other words, you are to identify a knowledge

management or innovation project that faced problem(s) during the project life cycle.

Discuss the challenges that organization face when implementing knowledge management or

innovation projects. As a consultant to the organization, you need to identify and proposal

relevant strategies and/or actions (relevant to this subject) that should be adopted by the

organization to overcome the reported problems.

Minimum 10 reference list in Harvard Referencing style.
