You are the new warden assigned to a closed-security prison. This prison has been overwhelmed with security lapses that have resulted in four escapes over the past 3 years. The assaults among inmates have risen 30% over the past year, and there have been two assaults on staff in the past 6 months. You have been assigned to resolve the situation. 

Group Assignment:

Please discuss the following 6 questions with your group members. Provide your thoughts and comments for answering each of the questions a minimum of 2 times, and provide support and references for your contributions where necessary.

• What would you do?
• List at least 4 of your priorities?
• Explain what measures you would take to protect inmates?
• Explain what measures you would take to protect staff?
• How would you handle the vocational aspects of the prison and the academic educational aspects so that all instructors, staff, and inmates are protected?
• How would you implement your changes?

Once your group has decided on appropriate responses for each question, combine your individual thoughts and responses into one deliverable of 5–7 pages for the whole group. Each individual should address 2 or more questions from the group assignment in a 1–2 page paper that will be combined with the other group member contributions into one 5–7 page document. Also assign a member of your group to write an introduction and conclusion based on the other member’s contributions.

• Once the final paper has been developed, each individual should develop a minimum of 5 PowerPoint slides with notes that explains in detail a plan of how you would implement your changes based on your group paper. 
• Remember to include APA citation and references in your notes as well.

The following grading criteria will be used for this assignment.

• 40%: Group Assignment: Please discuss the following six questions with your group members.
• 30%: Individual Assignment: Each individual should address 2 or more questions from the group assignment in a 1–2 page paper that will be combined with the other group member contributions into one 5–7 page document.
• 30%: Develop a minimum of 5 PowerPoint slides with notes that explain in detail a plan of how you would ( MY 2 question is number is 3 and 4 explian what measure you would take to protect inmates ) explian what measures you would take to protect staff.
