Assignment-Driven Criteria: I want you to edit and revise this paper and resubmit for final review.  Issues to be corrected are:

1.  Academic papers require reference citations every time you use information from a reference.  The format recommended by the University is the APA format.  I included an APA guide with the Welcome to the Course email.

Essentially, the format is:

First Authors last name, Year of publication.  Exmaple

(Pilkington, 2017)

If no author is listed, then use the Agency or Organization name....example

(DHS, 2017) 

If there is no date of publication, use n.d. for the year ...means...no date

Your reference list is similarly formatted...

Pilkington, 2017, How to Cite References, TIU, Retrieved from www.TIU.edu.

Your writing is pretty good.  clear and mostly concise.  Just need to add citations and format the reference list

Tip:  There should never be a paragraph in your papers that does not contain at least one citation

So...edit, revise and resubmit this paper for final review.  I am sure your score will skyrocket upwards
