The Assignment is to write a paper on Aging in the Workforce incorporating the following articles.

Requirements:

• Use APA format for Title page, in-text citations, and reference page. Abstract not necessary.
• Use 12pt. font in Times New Roman and double-space
• Minimally, provide 2-3 paragraphs, 5-6 lines per paragraph, for each answer.
• Remember to use the references noted below and try to add to you paper at least one more article on our aging workforce that backs up your analysis. There are plenty available.
• You don't need to include all the articles noted below in the paper - just the ones that apply to your research. 

The following questions need to be answered separately - remember to include the answer with the question.:

1. What new and distinctive challenges does the organization face regarding an aging workforce? Introduce examples and provide details to support your insights.
2. What can organizations do to plan for the impact that aging may cause?
3. What specific disciplines or areas must the organization focus on?
4. What lessons have aging issues taught us in the past? Provide examples of positive and negative lessons learned.
