Keep in mind that with Managed Care contracts, there is no total amount.  The lay out rules and guidelines for service rendering and reimbursement based on allowables set forth for each procedure (CPT code).  I am interested in your perspective regarding ways in which you can determine before signing the contract the level of profitability for the organization if you were to accept the contract to participate with this particular company such as Cigna.  What are some of the ways you would try to determine estimated baseline revenue generation from this contract or is there not a way to do this?
