Think of a long-term goal or project that requires many steps that you’d like to complete. This could be making improvements to your home, preparing for and planning a trip, an exercise plan, learning another language, or any other goal or project that requires many steps. Create a spreadsheet in which you include at least one absolute reference, one relative reference, and at least two functions. Next, in a Word document, explain the advantages to using these references. Are there any disadvantages to using the references? If so, explain why. Also, explain what your functions do in your spreadsheet. How do your functions relate to your references?
