- How Good Is Your Anger Management? You have a very good understanding of what makes you angry, and you know what to do when you start to feel signs of trouble. You've developed a wide range of anger management strategies,
- How Good Is Your Team? You’re a solid team member working well as part of an effective team. Lower scores in this range show that there is room for improvement, though.
- How Good Are Your Leadership Skills? Excellent! You’re well on your way to becoming a good leader. However, you can never be too good at leadership or too experienced—so look at the areas where you didn’t score maximum points, and figure out what you can do to improve your performance.
- How Good Are Your Management Skills? You’re on your way to becoming a good manager. You’re doing some things really well, and these are likely the things you feel comfortable with. Now it’s time to work on the skills that you've been avoiding.
In your learning journal, post a reflective entry that addresses the following:
- Recap the results you achieved on each assessment.
- Did anything surprise you? Did you share any of the results with family or friends?
- What did you learn about yourself as a learner from doing the assessment, and how will you incorporate this into the rest of this course and the remainder of your education?
