Job Incidents

Write a two page essay describing three on-the-job incidents in which you had difficulty listening effectively. For each incident, describe which factors (physiological barriers, environmental barriers, attitudinal barriers, faulty assumptions, socio-cultural differences) interfered with your listening effectiveness. Then, discuss ways you can avoid the barriers that prevent you from listening more effectively.
