- Select one of the recommended methods (observation, interview, questionaire, or computerized) for job analysis and do and in depth analysis of your current position (hemodialysis staff nurse).
- After completion of the job analysis examine your current job description (see attached job description) where you are employed (Fresenius Medical Care) and revise it based on your analysis.
