Based on your Week Two Learning Team Collaborative discussion, submit, individually, a comparison of the different kinds of unified communication platforms, their features and functionality, based on the five criteria.

Choose any format to present. Some guidelines are:

•APA formatted paper (2 to 3 pages)

•Scripted demonstration (15 to 20 minutes)

•Other formats as approved by your facilitator

The plate forms we spoke on was skype, full duplex, half duplex, PBX, Oovoo

The five criteria are:

1.    Usability: can we use this product for other purposes? like getting in touch with distant family members? is it safe for children? or is it only for business us only? is the quality good for distant business?

2.    Flexibility to customize: How flexible is it? can we change things around to fit the way we operate or move things around to ones liking? can we use it on other devices besides laptops or desktops?

3.    Backups: Meaning can we save files, videos, photos, or documents on it for later.

4.    Funds: Do we have to pay to start up the program or do we have to pay for anything extra.

5.    Features: what are some of the features besides just video or email? can we text mobile phones? can we call land lines and cell phones?
