IST Information and Organizations:

Please provide me with a 8 to 10 page paper on the following:

How can an organizations culture, ability to understand it's business and customers and it's ability to implement change provide it with it's ability to succeed for fail.

Use two of the examples provided in the first assignment. An organization that you admire should display the tools and processes to delight it's customers and sustain it's success. 

Conversely an organization that does not provide a good impression most like does not demonstrate or posses these attributes.

The paper does not need to be split evenly along the two examples but should include both.

There is no enforced page requirement. the paper should be long enough to adequately express you views.
