Target name	Disney Pixar
Brief Project Description	The paper will be a comprehensive look at Disney Pixar with regards to competition, profitability, increase marketing spending in order to gain new customers, controlling costs, and should they expand to have more parks not only overseas but in other areas of the US.
Access and Data Availability	Will use websites that are made available to the public and may consider calling Disney and speaking with people with regards to the project.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES
Apply foundational knowledge and an understanding of business systems, processes, and technology within and across core disciplines	The paper will cover all aspects of Disney Pixar including visual aids, I will start with a little background about Disney and how it grew into a multibillion dollar empire. It will discuss the organization from within including and not limited to the functions within Disney Pixar.
Integrate information across disciplines and from differing perspectives.	The paper will discuss the different areas within the organization other than the main core areas and talk about how these areas are different and how they help other departments.
Lead and collaborate in virtual, global, and culturally diverse environments.	This area will focus on the overseas markets and trends and how they help the communities they build in. Also offer insight in to sustainability in the overseas market.
Integrate principles of ethics and integrity into business decision.	How they determine their business decisions, the ethics behind their policies, ethics with regards to overseas business
Estimate expected length.	25-40 pages, double spaced, APA format.

Just fine-tune this proposal and turn it into a paper instead of a table, with an introduction, conclusion, subheadings, and such. This should be just 2–3 pages long and needs at least 2 references the are professional references and can use Disney websites; and should set you up to begin work on the actual capstone project in your next course. (SEE APPENDIX C ATTACHED). This is just the start of the major paper that will happen NEXT class (will look for someone that can write the whole paper based on the above table and feedback from professor, next class (final class) starts in july.
