Comfort Zone Assignment
In our society, we as individuals tend to create an invisible bubble around ourselves called the “Comfort Zone.” Your personal comfort zone includes all of the lifestyle preferences and activities that you have incorporated into your life. This includes education/career choices, hobbies, friends/family you spend time with, relaxing activities, foods you like to eat, products you buy.
Comfort zones play to our strengths and talents, and they ignore our weaknesses and limitations. Although our comfort zone protects us from stress and anxiety, it also restricts us from adapting to our surroundings. Sometimes we must do things that we do not want to do, or are not comfortable doing. Stepping outside of your comfort zone helps to prepare you for…..life.
