intorduction and references

Introduction and References.  Complete both of these sections on two separate pages within a single Word document. The introduction of your paper is crucial. It should catch the reader's attention and as the topic is introduced, set them up for what is to follow.  I need an introduction and a reference page for a project paper.  The topic selection is attached and it must be from a sociological perspective.  any questions please feel free to ask.  Thank you in advance.
