Paper 1 You will need to write (create) a contract (term s and agreements) in regards to some type of internet law that will be breached.( This is a fake contract that you create) explain, based upon the contract how the contract has been breached by the defendant or the plaintiff. contract only needs to be a couple paragraphs nothing to crazy.

Paper 2 You will gather and submit your packet of information for the Prosecution. This will consist of the Plaintiff's complaint and arguments, the law(s) that speaks to the breach as well as at least ONE case that supports the Plaintiff's position in the case. Finally in closing, you will submit why the Judge should decide the case in the Plaintiff's favor.
