Human Resource Directors/Managers who work in multinational corporations are responsible for

developing strategies for the management of employees within the organisation, in all locations across

the globe.

As CEO of a multinational corporation, what are some of the key competencies you will expect from

your HR Director. Why?

You may use point form to discuss the key competencies. Use 3-5 academic references.

Rationale

During the course of this subject you will be examining a number of different theories and ideas on

International human resource management and the impact these may have on the employees and on

the organisation. Much of what you read about may be familiar to you as you may have seen it going

on around you in the workplace, or been part of such interactions yourself.
