INTEREST GROUPS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON AMERICAN POLITICS

Interest groups. Identify two interest groups who are on opposite sides of an issue in American politics.

Discuss techniques each one uses to advance their agenda and explain whether or not you believe the efforts of these groups help or hurt the political system in the United States.

You must write a 3-5 page research paper (double-spaced, typed, 12 point front).

The paper must contain at least five different quality citations. No encyclopedia, no dictionaries, no textbooks. Avoid articles that have no named author. Follow APA style manual. Your textbook is written according to APA.
