Intelligence- US non-state threats 250 words (F-434)

In 250 words or more discuss a specific non-state actor that threatens the U.S. today. Which type of non-traditional threat are they? Are they easy to label/categorize? Why or why not? Would it be simpler or more effective to focus on analyzing the ways that the non-state actor might threaten the US rather than to analyze the non-state actor themselves (organization, leadership, etc.)?  Why or why not?
