initial posting and 2 class responses please read for word count

Part I: Explain the law school "tier" or stratification system. Look up a law school, preferably one you would like to attend. What tier is it in? Does the tier make a difference for you in choosing a law school? Why or why not? (If you aren't going to law school, pretend you are.) 

Part II: Now summarize the stratification of the legal profession (one good paragraph on each strata). If you are going to practice, in which strata do you see yourself? Why? 

You must respond to at least two of your classmates in addition to submitting your initial posting. You are required to cite your text and do some outside research and also to cite your references to receive full credit for this assignment. Your initial postings should be 500 words in length, and your two responses to classmates must be 300 words each in length.
