Your task is to write a report on TWO of the below listed Information Systems according to the marking criteria provided earlier. For writing the report, you mayusetitles:Introduction (with History), System Description (Context of Use, Family, Definition, Components, Audience/Users, and Target Problems/Decisions & Types), Main Functions, Benefits& Limitations, Examples of real Systems and Providers, with the use of illustrative diagrams and academic references. Important notes to consider while you are writing (for marking criteria): 1. The description section should address the system family, management level, functional areas using the system, the description of the problems the system can be used to solve, etc. 2. The Main Functions should also be supported with real examples of data sets and information the system deals with. It should list at least three to five main functions. 3. The section for Examples of real Systems and Providers should provide brief on given examples of organisations developing the system and organisationsusing the system.1-2 examples of Real Systems in the market and 1-2 examples on the Providers will be enough. 4. The section Benefits should address the strategic advantages of the system and 2 to 4 benefits for the organisation as overall, while the Limitations section should explain 2 to 4 challenges facing the use, design and implementation of the system, or such. 5. The diagrams may include the design of the system itself and its relation with other systems within an organisation. Report Format: • The report must be between 8 and 12 pages including references list and diagrams and any other materials • Page margins are 2.5 cm from all page sides • A maximum of 3000 words and a minimum of 2500 words of actual writing, without the references list. • Use in-Textregular font of 12 point of the Times New Roman or Arial only. • Use for Titles and Sub-Titles when needed the font of 14 or more point of the Times New Roman or Arial only, bold or regular. • Structure should involve Main titles and subtitles numbered as following: 1. Introduction, 2. SystemDescription (you may use the exactname in here to the title), 2.1. Context, 2.2. Definition, 2.3. Family, etc...). • References can be books, journal articles or company reports, but not unprofessional or personal websites or magazines, social networks, etc. • Every report should use at least 2 to 4 references. • The report should be neat, well written, and proofread. Notes for Flexibility: • Any group of students can change their selection after some time when all members accept the change • Every group can distribute the work or tasks and then combine the overall work in one document for submissions • You may consult your lecturer for further information via email communications or office visit ([email protected]). • In case of using diagrams, create any diagram to be used.
