One example would be to interview 20 managers (general managers, not necessarily technology managers), using a questionnaire on topics such as: programming, web source, e-commerce, ethics, privacy, security, database (access), spreadsheet, network, and IS applications. Gather the data and analyze. Conclude and give your own future direction for the managers.
You might want to gather 20 resumes from the internet and then analyze the resume with the above 10 topics.
