Information system in management

1) design a database for a manager with at least three tables and each tables with at least two fields ( at least two coloms) 

2) run at least 5 queries of different important tesk on the data base ( on tables)

3) creating relationship between tables ( e.g one to one, one to many, many to one, or many to many)
