INFORMATICS HW3

This homework has 3 parts.

In Part-1, you will explain how VLOOKUP works, 

In Part-2, you will explain how an IF statement works

In part-3, you will explain how a NESTED-IF works (include IF+IF+..., IF+AND and IF+OR)

The explanation has to be clear even to someone who has never heard about it before. Once you do this exercise you will be well prepared for Test-1, which is meant to test whether you understand the above 3 functions well.

The explanation must be in your own words - full points will be given only to those explanations that do a really good job. Poor quality submission and slipshod work, copy-paste etc., will receive a 0.
