Using the Argosy University online library resources, select an empirical research article from a volume of Organizational Research Methods (some years have the full text available in the library, others do not. Make sure you choose a full-text option article). Briefly describe the article. Address the following:

• What inferential statistics were used?
• What level of significance was set by the researchers?
• What were the results and the conclusions?
• Was the scientific method properly employed in this study? Point to specific details in the article to support your position.

Present your work in an initial post, with a subheading for each of the specific bullet points noted above. Include, at a minimum, one complete paragraph for each subheading. Use the current APA style for writing.
