individual project monitor and control presentation

  Individual presentations –

o Part 1 - Each student will be expected to research and give an individual

presentation (maximum 8 minutes) of an actual project or projects, with emphasis

on planning and control. You can talk about projects that went very well, or ones

that went poorly, and the reasons why they went well or badly. PMI Journals

could be a good source of info (eg annual Project of the Year for projects that

went well). Please e-mail me your chosen project/s so that I can ensure there is

no duplication (first come, first served).

o Part 2 – At the end of your project presentation you are to show a cartoon or

short video (1-2 minutes) relating to project management, planning, control etc.

This should be followed by one slide explaining the message behind the cartoon /

video.
