Write a 1,050- to 1,400-word paper as an individual project, that includes the following:

1. A relevant overview of at least two (2) companies that you research for this assignment.
2. An analysis of each company's internal and external environments, using an environmental scan.
3. A description of each company's competitive advantages in their respective markets.
4. An analysis of each company's business strategies, that answers the following questions:

• How does each company create value and sustain competitive advantage through business strategy?
• What measurement guidelines are used by each company to verify its strategic effectiveness?
• How effective are the measurement guidelines used by each company?
