The Importance of Procurement - 2-3 Pages - Scholarly References

In a two- to three-page paper (cover page and reference page are required and not included in page count), address the following:

1. Analyze the importance of procurement in the project management process.
2. Discuss whether procurement can or should be eliminated or replaced by alternate organizational activities.
3. Discuss what unintended consequences occur in the project management process when procurement is poorly executed.
