Implementation Tracking and Control Strategies

In order for a business to know if their processes and procedures are working as planned, it must have a method of tracking these processes and procedures. This is part of quality control and requires the development of a strategy.

After reviewing this week's notes and conducting research on your own, identify at least two control tracking tools you would use while implementing your Strategic Management Plan. How would these be specifically applied to your plan?
