Role: HRM professional and trainer (young American woman) for a multinational company in Mexico

 

Audience: Supervisors (traditional older Mexican men)

 

Task:  Responsible for the training and devlopment program on the technical chemical analysis processes of the companys' workforce in Mexico

 

Assessment: Training provided several times, Training is thorough. Training sessions doesn't appear to be effective

 

Assignment:

 

1.  Identify dimensions of culture that apply in this situation

2. Interpret factors that may be influencing the training effectiveness in this situation.

3. Develop a training sstrategy to overcome the challenges in this situation.
