 if you have an individual who feels his skills are under appriciated, what HR strategies would you implement?

Just dot points of maybe 3 strategies
(im thinking something to do with rewards, communication of their skills to others so that they can teach others the skills and then disseminate the jobs)

And then 2 strategies to help over come overstaffing
