IEL-RESEARCH PAPER

I wana someone to write a research in INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT LAW.  which is going to be 15pages including:

1_footnotes, the paper MUST contain footnotes. NO endnotes are allowed. 

2_ i need an antroduction of tow pages present the specific topic in the context of the area of IEL you are addressing and a brief approach your paper.

3-The corpus of the paper should be 13pages. 

4- 1 page devoted to conclusions.
