Identify a company (other than Walmart) that has pursued one or more of the strategies of cost leadership, differentiation, and focus.  Explain which of the three strategies was pursued, assess how the strategy was implemented, and summarize the outcomes of the choice and implementation.  Evaluate whether you believe the company chose the correct strategy.
