I neek a very good marketing plan for the resturant on campus

I'm working with my group on a project for my Small Bus. Analysis class. The restaurant mentioned in the attached file need to improve their sales and they hired us as a consulting team to help them. the attached file is what we going to submit and just need to add the marketing plan to it.
