I need to write pros and cons for each study

I have a case which has studies in it, I need to have pros and cons for each one 

the case decision should be one of these

- he will make the project by himself 

- he will give the project to Manson 

- no doing anything 

i chooseto give the project to Manson but there is a limited amount which is 15,000$. That means we have to keep that in our mind when we try to choose from the studies
