I need to write pros and cons for each study

I have a case in marketing class and there are some studies in the case i need someone to read the case and just write cons & pros for each study and choose between them to make a decision 

there are three way to make a decision which are:

1- giving Manson( if he would give it to them he should choose from the studies and the amount is 15000$)

2- do it by himself

3- keep it
