Select one of the transportation security grants; The Freight Rail Security Grant Program, The Intercity Bus Security Grant Program, or The Tranist Security Grant Program and describe a hypothetical project that you would create, which would be eligible under this program.  Be sure to explain the security benefit that would result from the effort and clearly identify which Priority category your hypothetical program would be a part of.
