I need some one to do a 2 page Thesis statement on three different topics with 2 references for each topic?

Need someone to do a two page thesis statement per each topic with references and my topics are

1. Should sec offender registration laws be changed.

2. Should minors who commit violent crimes be tried as adults?

3. Should all states require motorcyclists and paassenger to wear helmets? Attached is a copy of the instruction and rubics.  Please pay close attention to the instruction.
