Hello Class,

I did not find the two short videos to be much useful in learning about Action Learning. Both videos gave us the basics but not much in depth and in understanding. I would say both presentations and their computer activated animated voices did not help either to stay engaged. After reviewing a few more videos from Dr. Revans and Dr. Marquardt, I found Dr. Marquardt’s to be more helpful and educational for me. Dr. Marquardt’s presentation was sensible and he had a way of explaining Action Learning and relating it to today’s society which made it easier to understand and comprehend. I also liked how animated he was while discussing each concept, this helped me to stay focused and engaged. Dr. Revan’s presentation style was more serious and authoritive in nature. I would recommend viewing Dr. Marquardt’s video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TY3_NJ9fbPI to better help in explaining the Action learning concepts.
