I need help in my paper

I have to write a paper about discrimination and I need 700 words. I need the paper to be done in 10 hours if that's possible. The article that you need to read is three pages long and it is called "What's in a name". Please let me know if you can do it. Also, English is my second language so I don't need the paper to be in strong language, make it as easy as what I wrote. Attached the article.
