•This is NOT a Memorandum. This is a draft final report – One for each group member.
•Draft Final Report may include attachments such as sketches, articles, diagrams, etc.
•Draft Final Report is very detailed and specific. All of the steps to construct your house.
•Do NOT use personal pronouns (I, it, we, you, he, she, they, them, their, etc.)
•List Skilled trades (electricians, plumbers, Heating-Ventilation and Air Conditioning *HVAC) The skilled trades will have their tools. The supplies that are needed still need to be identified.
1)Required – updated construction schedule for your house.
2)Required – updated cost estimate for your house.
3)Required – List action items needed to complete the project.
4)Required – include a completed “quad sheet” as discussed in class.
5)Required – Six (6) pages of Autocad drawings prepared by the group that show (1) Floor plan (2) Front Elevation (3) Back Elevation (4) Right side elevation (5) Left Side elevation (6) some typical details and cross sections. Include dimensions, border and title block. May need to print on 11” x 17” paper
6)Required – at the end of the memoranda, Include your group number and the names of all of the group members.
