Question 1

It has been said that behavior is behavior and academic performance is “brain power” to do the academics.  
Do you agree or disagree?  If you agree, tell why.  If you disagree and think that behavior and academic performance are related, discuss how you feel they are related. 

 Question 2 

discuss whether you think that the projected budget for NASA's Heliophysics Division is reasonable, too high, or too low.   Do you think we should increase NASA's budget, but perhaps the same money could be put to better use elsewhere?  If you think it is better used elsewhere, what is the U.S.'s current federal budget for that item.
