i need a 2 page summary

Choose one article from a Business Journal (i.e., Harvard Business Review, Academy of Management Journal, or a similar scholarly business journal).  Prepare a two page summary of the article.  The summary should include main points discussed by the author and the alternatives noted.  This paper should be in APA (6^th ed.) format, including the cover and reference pages.  Be sure to cite references within the summary. Citations noted within the summary should correlate (exactly) to the reference(s) noted on the reference page.
