   I want you all to pretend you are being offered a Job as an instructor and you have to chose a retirement plan option.  There are two options to employees! You are to simply identify each plan (defined benefit or defined Contribution, the attributes of each, the calculation formula for each (if applicable), and when and how each will work for the employee and then of course which one you will chose and why.  This paper is 50% of your test two grade. Remember THE CALCULATION FOR THE PROGRAMS IS A BIG PIECE OF YOUR GRADE.

The paper must be at least 3 pages which should be a walk if you are doing a good job of covering each plan.                          Do you know anything about this subject
