·     1-    Leadership Essay (up to 500 words): Describe one specific example where you exercised leadership. ·     2-     Current Affairs Essay (up to 500 words): Choose an issue in contemporary social, international, business, environmental, diplomatic, arts, or other policy that is of interest to you. This essay should lay out the current factors and trends influencing the topic and make a realistic recommendation of how local, national, or international leaders should intervene to contribute to a more peaceful and prosperous future.

For the first essay (Leadership Essay) i have specific example to talks about, it is being the leader ship of the “Ideal Mother Award for Mental Disabilities"

The back ground about the award: 

-it started in March 2013 at first it was only in Kuwait. In2015 the award included the mothers from the Arabic Gulf this award become from a local to an Arabian Gulf award. In March 2016 the awards will continue  

-the award is for the mother of mental disability children

-it is an annual award every March they honored the mothers with medals as a thanks for being a good mother 

How do they choose the mothers?

-From the official centers mental desirability for each country from the Arabic gulf (Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia) 

Goals: 

-Highlighting the role of the mother of the mental disabled 

-Strengthening the role of the mother to be an example for others to learn from it 

-Stimulate and encourage the mother of the mental disabled to the continuation of tender.

-Encourage mothers to social work to improve the lives of other persons

My personal characters: 

-I was able to gather a team, inspired them to volunteer for this award and love of mental disabilities people and respect and appreciation the mother of the mental disabilities for her efforts

-I was able to get the money and moral supporter and media support through convince various institutions to participate and donate

-I divided the volunteer into different committees (media, administrative technical, organization and other)

This award helped me to refine my characters 

Being a leadership gave me a chance to be on the TV and radios in many different channels in the Arabian Gulf 

Its leads me to be more confident about myself when i speak
