I have a project in C# that needs to be completed. It is a scheduler emulator that needs to be able to have a new task added to the ready queue, it needs to handle rescheduling, priority scheduling, and solve the process of CPU resource starvation. It also needs to implement FCFS, SJF, and round robin. I have the zip file for the scheduler.
