In #2, can you post the choices that are given in each of the drop-down menus. Otherwise I'm just guessing about the specific language that they are using.
Also, can you look at #11, #12, and #13 in your document? Problem #12 seems to have the screenshot from problem #11 mixed in with it. It appears that #13 might be a repeat of #11 (this happens sometimes), but I can't be sure since the pieces seem to be scrambled together.
