Watch television this week for fast food commercials, such as those by McDonald's, Burger King, Arby's, etc. How is the eating of meat portrayed in these commercials? How are alternatives to eating meat portrayed? What does what you've seen tell you about how our culture views animals?  Do you think there are moral issues involved in how livestock animals are treated in this country?  Explain.
