vibe7upScenario: The xxxxxxx public service is in a period of transformation and renewal. Our team is responsible for developing a multi-year strategy to renew and revitalize HR management in the xxxxxxx public service. One of the strategy’s objectives is to identify and implement an effective HR service delivery model.
Task: Develop a proposal for how you would undertake a review of the current HR service delivery model. Also include an analysis of some leading, modern approaches for HR service delivery. Assume your written proposal will be submitted to senior HR executives for review and discussion.
The proposal should be a maximum of three (3) single-sided, letter-sized pages in your preferred format (11 point font minimum). “Appendices” will be included in the page count. A summary of cited resources, if any, will not be included in the page count.
