Develop three Information Tecnology (PROSOFT eng company) new positions, including one first-level management position.

  ** For each of these three new positions: include a needs analysis, diversity issues, job analysis, job descriptions and job qualifications.

* Develop a first-year recruitment plan for the three new positions.

* Evaluate the Total Rewards Package and Training and Development Plan for each position.

* Discuss "career management" or "labor relations" (if union), for each of the three positions.
